Sexyland Renovation

This project called for the transformation of an aging structure into a modern, high-performance commercial space. At Federal Mills in North Geelong, our team was tasked with renovating Sexyland to deliver a stronger, more stylish, and more functional building.

We utilised our signature T-bar window system to achieve a bold, industrial look while maximising light. Extensive structural reinforcement provided the stability required for long term use, while large cantilevered awnings added striking architectural appeal and weather protection. Finally, we fabricated and installed custom steel double doors, combining strength, security, and style.

The result is a contemporary, durable, and functional façade that highlights how Geelong Steel Fabrication can breathe new life into commercial properties through craftsmanship and innovation.
