Regent Theatre

The redevelopment of the Regent Theatre required a sensitive approach to preserve its historic character while delivering modern structural solutions. The challenge was to replicate the theatre’s classic façade with strength, precision, and timeless style.

Our team fabricated and installed large steel T-bar windows across the front façade, designed to echo the building’s original aesthetic while providing modern durability and performance. To complete the frontage, we constructed a bold steel awning that enhances both functionality and visual impact, offering shelter while reinforcing the heritage inspired design.

The result is a revitalised landmark that respects the Regent Theatre’s history while showcasing the craftsmanship and reliability of modern steel fabrication. This project highlights our ability to deliver heritage sensitive steelwork that blends tradition with contemporary construction.
